We believe Chunky Monkey (aka Chunk Chunk) is about 5 years old as of October, 2013. We rescued her from a high kill shelter where she was picked up as a stray. This girl is awesome with people of all sizes, very loving. She gets along well with other dogs as long as they don't try to be the boss. Chunky is also not very fond of cats. She walks on a leash and loves to relax in her bed. She is always up for a romp and hug session. We are not sure about house training, but this is usually an easy breed to house train. She is one of our favorites here. She is spayed and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention. Chunky is positive for heartworms. You can tell she has had a hard life of having puppies with no real care given to just her. She is currently on the slow kill method for the heartworms. Feel free to research this method on the internet. Even with what she has been through, her love of people shines out like a beacon. Will you be her Angel?
