Kitties and Big dogs need love too !!!!!! 

Lady is about 3 1/2 years old as of February, 2017. She spent the her life in her previous home living in a kennel, in the woods behind her owners home.  She was away from the house and could not even see her humans. Even though this beauty can be shy upon meeting a new person,  when she sees a leash, she is ready to go with you for a walk and this is the best way to get to know her.  Once she trusts you, she has a great temperament and her whole body wags when she sees her person.  She has been an outside dog for most of her life and will need work with house training.  However, larger dogs are always much easier to house train than small one.  She is an active girl that would love an active person to call her own.  She is fine with other dogs also. Due to her shy nature, we think an adult home will be best for her at first.  That way she will have a nice, quiet environment to bond with her new family. Lady did test positive for heartworms and has been on the slow kill method since August, 2016. She is spayed and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
