DonateWhy are donations needed? We are a non profit, 501 C3, organization. this means we get no federal or state funding. Donations are needed for each and every animal that comes into our care. Each new pet needs to be updated on shots, heartworm test, deworming, spay/neuter and treatment for any other medical condition they may present with when they come in. Then each dog is housed, fed daily, kennels kept clean and laundry washed. Each month they are treated with heartworm prevention and flea prevention. We also keep up with their vaccination schedule. The costs never ends for us until our pets are adopted. Supplies are needed for cleaning, feeding, kennel maintenance, yard maintenance and general repairs. Springtime and summer bring their own set of challenges. We receive an influx of puppies and kittens due to owners not having their pets spayed and neutered. These babies are constantly monitored for parasites, kept on a vaccine schedule and treated for anything that may pop up. We also educate and assist with spay and neuter. How many we can save depends on the continued support of animal lovers everywhere. A non profit rescue relies on the support of the community. Our expenses never end and any amount is always appreciated. Receipts can be provided for tax returns. Thank you for being part of the solution. Donate or Sponsor a Pet
