Rascal is around 2 years old and weighs 7 pounds. He is an active, playful guy that is is always curious about what his people are doing. However, he is one of those Chihuahuas that either likes you or he doesn't. He loves everybody here at the rescue except for one person. lol. He also will need a one person family. If you are a true Chihuahua person, here is the fellow for you. When he loves you, he wants to be held and cuddled and follows you everywhere. When he does not like you, he will not let you touch him. He does not like strangers, therefore is a great watch dog. Rascal does get along well with other dogs and he is crate trained. He is heartworm negative, neutered and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
