If you are interested in visiting or adopting, please submit our application at RichardsonRescue.org. All visits require an approved application and are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Gomer is around 3 years old as of May, 2020 and weighs 24 1/2 pounds. This little guy is all Beagle for sure. He loves everybody he meets, is great with other dogs and is so, so curious about everything. His nose goes constantly and he will need a fenced yard so that his nose does not lead him astray. lol. We named this guy Gomer for a reason as he is so goofy and hilarious. He is very active and playful. He loves to be petted and cuddled for as long as you like. He should do well with most any type of active family especially if you hike or camp. With his level of activity, he would not be suited to apartment life. Gomer is heartworm negative and will be current on all medical (neuter, shots, microchip, deworm, heartworm and flea prevention).
