We believe Garth is a little over a year old as of June, 2020 and he weighs 80 pounds. We rescued this guy from a shelter and what a lover. He has a great temperament with every person he meets and is a quiet kind of guy here at the rescue. He runs around with small, medium and large dogs with no issues here. This boy walks on a leash and should do well with most any type of active family with room for him to run. He can get over a 5 foot fence but never goes anywhere but to potty and right back to the door ready to come in. He does not try to leave when someone is outside with him. He is perfectly house and crate trained. We can leave him in our office all night not crated and he doesn't mess with a thing. We can't say enough about his gentle temperament and loving ways. He loves to be hugged and cuddled. He did test positive for heartworms and is currently on the slow kill heartworm method. Please research and speak with your Vet for a better understanding of this method. Garth is neutered and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
