If you are interested in visiting or adopting, please submit our application at Richardsonrescue.org. Bentley was 1 year old as of September, 2024 and is a Standard Poodle. This boy has a nice temperament and has gotten along well with large, small and tiny dogs here. He has never been around cats so we cannot comment to how he would do with cats. He is a shy guy though and will not come running to you when you visit him and is timid about new things. However, he has not had any nippy or aggressive issues with us even though he is shy. He will need a little time and patience in a new home. He is house and crate trained and will need to be crated if you leave him home alone. A home where someone is home a lot would probably be best. He does great in a fence and does not try to escape. He loves to take walks and runs and has been around children with no issues. Bentley is neutered and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
