Little Roscoe is around 4 months as of February 2025 and weighs 3 pounds right now. This guy has a great temperament and loves to be in your lap for cuddles. When he is not in your lap, he is your shadow. He is a puppy and will need more work with house training. He is walking pretty well on a leash with his little harness. We think he would do well with most any family. He can go with children but not too young as he is tiny and fragile. He loves other dogs and is very playful with them. Roscoe will be current on medical for his age. He will go fast so if you are interested in visiting or adopting, please submit our application at Richardsonrescue.org.
