Cecil was born October, 2024 and weighs 10 pounds and will be ready for his new home after his neuter. He has a great little personality and is very affectionate and playful. He is a total lap dog and loves to be your shadow. He gets along great with other dogs big and small. He hasn't been around children but with his temperament we think it would be fine. He is still a puppy and will need all the training that comes with that including house training. He should fit well with most any active family. Cecil will be neutered, microchipped and current on shots and preventatives. If you are interested in visiting or adopting, please submit our application at Richardsonrescue.org. Cecil is not eligible for the Senior for Seniors program. All visits require an appointment.
