The German Shepherd is a working dog developed originally for herding and guarding sheep. The breed is known for its strength, intelligence and abilities in obedience training. Bluetick Coonhounds are gentle with children, loyal and loving pets. They are the breed least likely to be agressive to people. They do need plenty of space to run and exercise. Once trained, they are mindful, gentle, friendly dogs. He is current on shots and deworming for his age.
