Meet Rascal. He is a very sweet dog that was brought to us when his elderly owner became too ill to care for him. He is a loveable, playful, highly energetic dog who loves belly rubs. He is also a very intellegent guy - he can open gates. He gets along well wit other dogs. Rascal is current on vaccines, neutered, heartworm negative, and ready for a new beginning.
