WINKIE  has had a very hard time in his short little life. Something happened to him to cause his left eye to protrude and his owner through him over the fence in someone else's yard. This kind sole came to us for help and we immdiately took him to Palmetto vet where the folks there treated him. He may have lost an eye, but he sure is a sweet thing! He's a special pup who's looking for a special mom and/or dad who will take the best care of him ever!  He's healthy, happy, active and goofey, like all pups, and he can't wait to find his special forever home!
