Please visit our site: Richardson Rescue. Tripp is an incredible guy. He was found tied to a post in a parking lot. His leg was tied to neck with a bandana like a sling. The leg was badly infected to the bone from an old injury. We had to immediately take him to emergency surgery and have it amputated. This has not slown him down nor has he lost his zest for life. He is the first in line for belly rubs, extremely affectionate, and looking for a family to share his life with. He has a terrific, outgoing personality, is happy hanging out with his buddies, or curled up next to you. He is the first one to greet you when you come in the door, and the last one to be petted before bed. He does not let the fact that he has 3 legs bother him, and is able to run and romp right along with his friends.! He gets along great with other every other dog at the Rescue, pays no attention to the cats, and is a terrific match if you are looking for a true family pet!! As of 11/2012, Tripp is a year old and excited at the possibility of spending many more birthdays with you!
