Pixie was 4 years old as of October, 2016 and weighs 12 pounds. She was loved dearly by her previous mom who suddenly developed severe health problems and could no longer keep her. Pixie has a very sweet temperament and you can tell that she was well treated her whole life. She gets along great with other dogs and does not pay any attention to the kitten here. She walks on a leash and is crate and house trained. She will use pee pads in an emergency. She knows the commands sit and shake. She has never been around children and we suggest a quiet, adult home at first. Pixie also loves to be held and to sit on your lap. She is spayed, heartworm negative and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application at www.richardsonrescue.org.
