We believe Dallas is around a 1 1/2 old as of 06-13. And, what a love bug! This dog has a loving and social personality around people. He seems to do okay around other dogs and cats. He was rescued from a high kill shelter where he was picked up as a stray. He would love an active family with a big fenced backyard. Boxers are a bright, energetic and playful breed and tend to be very good with children. They are active, strong dogs and require adequate exercise to prevent boredom-associated behaviors such as chewing, digging, or licking. The Boxer by nature is not an aggressive or vicious breed. It is an instinctive guardian and can become very attached to its family. He is neutered, has been tested negative for heartworms and is current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
