Maggie will be 5 years old on March 21, 2014. She loves to be in your lap or playing fetch. She is house and crate trained. She walks on a leash, knows basic commands and loves treats. We have had no nippy issues with her here and she loves to be in one of the guys laps. Maggie is a quiet girl and would do well with apartment life. She gets along great with older children (10 or older), but gets nervous around small children. For the most part she gets along with other dogs, males better than females. She can get alpha with female dogs much smaller than herself. So, a home with a comparable size male or larger would be best. She is spayed, heartworm tested negative and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application at www.richardsonrescue.org.
