Wictor is a Mini Australian Shepherd born July 29, 2009. This boy is social with people and other dogs. Most of the Aussies we have here now are crate trained as they all came from a breeder who decided to get out of the business of raising puppies. He had some skin issues when he came to us, but we have treated him and the skin is starting to look much better. He also tested positive for heartworms. We currently have him on the slow kill method until we can raise funds for his heartworm treatment. All of the Aussies we currently have at the rescue are bred to be working dogs and are true to the breed. They will either need a rural life or a very active owner. Due to his herding nature, we do not recommend him for a home with small children. Wictor is neutered and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
