Dandee is a Toy Australian Shepherd born November 1, 2004 and weighs 8 pounds. This little guy came to us from a breeder. He is looking for a home where he can retire and relax after years of being used for breeding. A place where he can learn what it means to be a part of a family. For his age, he is still a feisty, active little fellow that is ready for a good play session. As typical of the breed, he can be a bit shy with strangers. Everyday we see him coming out of his shell more and more at the rescue. We can do anything in the world to him without nippy issues. He has never been around children so, we recommend a home without small children. We are not sure about house training, but a lot of babies we get from breeders are crate trained which transfers well to house training. Dandee is neutered, heartworm negative and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application at www.richardsonrescue.org.
