K.C. is an Australian Shepherd born April 2, 2012 and weighs around 30-35 pounds. She has a sweet temperament although she is a bit shy around strangers. She came to us from a breeder rescue. We can do anything in the world to her with no nippy issues. We are working with her on a leash as she had never seen one before we got her. She gets along well with other dogs. With time and patience in her new home, we think she will make a great companion. Due to her herding nature, we do not recommend a home with young children. She would do best with an active family that can provide her daily exercise requirements. This is an active breed than needs a minimum of 2-3 hours of exercise and interaction daily. K.C. is spayed, heartworm negative and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application at www.richardsonrescue.org.
