Tippy is about 10 months old as of February, 2015 and weighs 5 1/2 pounds. She will be ready for her new home March 7 and after. This is a sweet girl with everyone she meets. She has been around children with no problems but, due to her small size, we will no adopt to home with children 5 and under. She also gets along great with other dogs. She is doing pretty well with crate training here and used training pads in her former home. She came to us because her former owner had health problems and could no longer care for her. She likes to play with a small ball and loves to be held. She will bark when someone new comes into the office but is not a yappy girl. She is content to lay in a sunbeam for most of the day here. Tippy will be spayed, is heartworm negative and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application at www.richardsonrescue.org.
