Hello,
I couldn't let 2014 close without giving an update on Lefty. We love and enjoy Lefty and could not have picked a better dog! He is a sweetheart! He loves the sunshine and his toys ( he gets a new one a week and opened his Christmas gift below)! While he is doing much better, lefty had to have surgery on his leg and elbow--his bone growth from his foot issue was giving him much pain.  So he had surgery just a few weeks after we got him at an orthopedic vet in Greenville. After many weeks in a cast, he now has a straight leg and much less pain. We are glad we became his parents and were able to do this for him. You can see his straight leg and foot below. He is a joy and has been a great addition to our 2 cat and 2 horse family! Happy New Year!

We adopted Little Zoey the day before Christmas. Just want you to know it's been a match made in heaven. She is definitely a mama's girl, and we are crazy about each other. If you recall, I could not get her out of my mind after our visit even though we chose another dog for our daughter. I literally "hounded" my husband to go back and get Zoey for me. She brings me great joy and laughter, and I am so glad we found each other. She is spoiled rotten--sleeps in the bed with me every night. Our menagerie is complete with 3 dogs, 3 cats, and a fish! We have already told others about your rescue and will continue to do so.
