Mac

Here's Mac (now Beauregard). He's just the best dog ever, we love him so much. As you can see, he fit right in to our family.

Mindy Lou

The fur baby with the lighter fact is Mina use to be "Mindy Lou" before we adopted her from Richardson Rescue Jan 2015. She is a little spoiled and a whole lot sassy. Her sister here is Bella we rescued her from York County Animal Control. We just love our fur babies..

Millie

Hello. Hubby and I adopted Millie almost two weeks ago. She is thriving in her forever home. Her name is now "Jenny Bug" in honor of my deceased grandmother. We brought Jenny Bug into a home with three retired racing greyhounds. Jenny is running our greys crazy with her puppy antics but the greys like her. Good for all, more exercise and stimulation. Greys tend to be very lazy.

Jenny is running the humans crazy too. She is our first puppy since 1994 and first non-greyhound  in 20 years . It's like having an alien in the house. Not to worry, we are up to the task and we adore Jenny.

Jenny has a huge crate (greyhound size) that she is in when we aren't home. Not often, both of us are retired. She sleeps on our bed at night. Jenny is already bonded to my husband. That was the intention. Hubby thinks Jenny is the cutest, smartest dog on the planet.

Jenny is getting private training from a dog trainer starting  on Tuesday . He will teach us how to handle a puppy. Jenny's future is bright as an adored pet any maybe as a therapy dog. I am a Tester/Observer for the Alliance of Therapy dogs and coordinate a local pet therapy group. All three of my greys are registered therapy dogs. Jenny can become a therapy dog if she wants, but the choice is up to her.

We are very impressed with your organization. Clean, healthy dogs. Staff seems to really care. We will take every opportunity to recommend you to other adopters.

Here is a pic Jenny Bug on her way home from your rescue. A bit hesitant but looking forward to her new life.

Merle

He is great! I've attached a "then and now" pictures of him. Then: a six-week old puppy who weighed 5lbs. Now: almost two years old and fully grown at 20lbs!

He's a handful!

Thanks,
Bill

Michelle

We adopted Coco (aka Michelle) last week and she is doing awesome....even cuddled with one kids who was sick on Saturday to help him feel better.
