Ned is about 6 years old as of December, 2019 and what a great boy! He has the typical Aussie shyness with strangers but has the greatest temperament ever! He is obedient, walks well on a leash (he loves to take walks), loads in a car well and a quiet guy. He gets along great with other dogs and tends to just avoid them as he is more a people kind of guy. Ned is house and crate trained and has been around children with no issues. We have walked him past cats here at the rescue and he pays them no attention whatsoever. He knows the commands sit, lay, eat, up, in, out, come and stay if he is not too excited. We are also told he will climb in the tub to take his baths. He will need a fenced yard at first because he likes to go make his rounds of his neighborhood. This boy should do well with any type of active family. Ned is neutered, heartworm negative and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
